This year, celebrate Christmas – Hamilton Island style!
From exciting daily activities, to bars and restaurants jam packed with entertainment, Hamilton Island’s annual Summer Festival is made for the whole family!
Running mid-December to mid-January to coincide with the school holidays, the festival will include heaps of fun activities for the kids, like sand castle competitions and mini golf! While the Island’s many dining and drinking hotspots will feature a variety of entertainment.
Carols by Candlelight is always a good shout too. A perfect way to celebrate Christmas Eve with the whole family (and the perfect opportunity to get a sneak peek at Santa!).
As for Christmas lunch, you’ve got plenty of options. Either pick up a turkey and other goods from IGA – Hamilton Island’s first supermarket. Or, if you prefer to let someone else cook, make a reservation at one of our local restaurants’ Christmas-themed lunches or dinners!
Bommie Restaurant, Mariners, Sails, Pool Terrace, Romano’s, Beach Club Restaurant and the Clubhouse on Dent Island all offer an incredible menu to celebrate the festive season. But remember to book well in advance as places are limited!
