1 tablespoon of finely ground oats

1 tablespoon of yoghurt (plain, unless you would like your face mask with a side of blueberries!)

A few drops of honey


Mix the yoghurt and oats together. Add a few drops of honey and stir through the mixture.

Apply the mask to the face and leave for 10 minutes.

Rinse off with warm water, then place a warm washcloth over your face for a few minutes.
