AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM HAMILTON ISLAND ENTERPRISES

Following the Australian Government's announcement restricting all non-essential travel, Hamilton Island will no longer be able to welcome guests from March 23. This decision is temporary and we will be watching the advice from the government closely in the coming weeks. Hamilton Island would like to stress what is most important right now is to ensure everyone follows the government advice to avoid the spread of COVID-19. Hamilton Island will be doing all that we can to support our guests during this time.

The Whitsunday Apartments would like to advise that due to long call wait times, we would respectfully ask guests not to call. Please email stay@wahi.com.au. We are working through the most urgent travel dates on a rolling basis and are arranging date changes, accommodation credits for future travel or refunds for those affected between the dates of 22 March to 31 May 2020. We have special bonus offers and incentives when you choose to simply postpone your trip to the Whitsunday Apartments.

If you have not booked with Whitsunday Apartments directly and you have used an agent you will need to speak with them directly about your reservation and their terms.

We thank you for your understanding during this time and look forward to welcoming you back to the Whitsunday Apartments and Hamilton Island as soon as we can.

Travel Restrictions - please read before planning your travel to the Whitsunday Apartments, Hamilton Island.
